Job Description

Trainers guide clients through our low-impact, high-intensity, full-body workout classes or private sessions. They are responsible for showing clients an introduction to the workout and the Megaformer machine, and empowering them to push through our challenging workouts. Trainers are expected to design the workout to have flow and also have the ability to offer modifications. Our trainers must be able to offer each client personal attention and accountability in a group or private environment. The trainer must be able to recognize and correct incorrect forms, postures and speeds in order to guide the client safely through the workout.

You are responsible for the following tasks:

– Trainers must be willing to stay up to date on the latest exercises through the Lagree Academy platform

– Interact and build relationships with clients and the fitness community

– Participate in team meetings and events

What we expect from you:

– Optimism, passion and commitment to health, fitness and Lagree.

– Experience in sports and group fitness is desired but not a must

– Team player with a positive attitude to inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals

– Welcoming, loyal and inclusive to all people with diverse backgrounds and abilities

– Reliable and professional

– Comfortable on the mic to lead a fast-paced class with loud music and lots of energy in the room
